Charles Corvsky Dieujuste Atelier provides custom made orders base on recent or previous collections. Custom made garments as per your measurements and style direction. NO GARMENTS WILL BE KNOCKED OFF OR COPIED. All style directions will be created base on vision and inspiration. All custom services will be charge additionally. All other sale items on Charles Dieujuste website will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

What delivery options are available?
Your orders will be delivered via FEDEX, UPS & USPS.
How are shipping and processing charges calculated?
Our shipping and processing charge is based on the expected weight and size of the order.
Can an order be shipped to a foreign country?
At present, we ship only within the continental United States. The ability to ship to international addresses will be available in the future.
Can an order be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Can I place an order from a foreign country?
Yes, orders can be placed using credit cards with a foreign billing address. However, we do not ship to foreign addresses currently.

Based on the brand structure we are currently allowing EXCHANGE ONLY. All custom items are FINAL sale.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at the CCD showroom, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking instructions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Christina Cota.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept payments via PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
How can I be sure that an item is in stock?
As you shop, we will let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on back order or no longer available. If the item is on back order, we will tell you the date when it will be available for shipment. How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is applied based on the local and state tax rules applicable to the various item(s) in your order.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. When processing your order, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company. Please remember that it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. But all transactions will be made Via PayPal.
What is the credit card verification number?
This number which is printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa and MasterCard, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
Will Charles Corvsky Dieujuste sell or rent my email address information to other companies?
